Whispering Sound has 228 villas that were built from 1991 to 1998. These villas all come with either a two car or one car garage.

Whispering Sound Home Owners Association, Inc. is responsible for administration and management. The Board of Directors are responsible for preparing an annual budget, employing staff, contracting for services (e.g., landscaping, security, maintenance, etc.) and enforcing the Covenants, By-laws and Rules & Regulations.
