Located just inland of Florida’s Atlantic coast lays Rustic Hills, a gated community that truly has it all. With all the conveniences of a big city, but in the quaint southern town of Palm City, it has everything you need to enjoy the very best of life.

A Rustic Hills Overview.

Developed in the early 1970’s, Rustic Hills features a wooden covered bridge entrance and is comprised of 178 residential sites. All but 14 of these sites have canal frontage, which leads to the St. Lucie River and the Atlantic Ocean.  10 of the 14 sites have deeded canal access.  Most of the original homes have undergone either complete renovation, or have been replaced with newer homes.  Private, paved roads insure privacy and a wooded setting gives the area its rustic charm.

Rustic Hills Home Owners Association is responsible for administration and management. Property Owners are automatically members of the Association. There are no dues, but members pay a yearly maintenance fee to cover the costs of maintenance of the canals and roads. Owners are responsible for maintenance of their own property, including landscaping, and for complying with published Deed Restrictions.

The business of the Association is conducted by a Board of Directors, elected yearly at a Members Meeting.
