An Overview of Lighthouse Point.

Lighthouse Point is a small town that wishes to remain so.  Tucked in among many other communities, it cannot expand.  Its easterly boundary opens to the Intracoastal Waterway, sitting under the beam of the famed Hillsboro Lighthouse.  That lighthouse has stood constant guard over the Hillsboro Inlet since 1906 and for which the City is named.

Nature and families are the focus in this community characterized by beautiful homes, parks, nearby golf, restaurants, shopping, and “A” rated schools.  Lighthouse Point is a lush waterfront community. While a few select homes sit directly on the St. Lucie River, all homes feature waterfront dock-age on a series of deep water canals.

Since the association is voluntary, there are no requirements for new owners or renters. Lighthouse Point Association is a voluntary association whose  goal is to make living in our beautiful neighborhood even better by fostering friendships and fun.

Lighthouse Point is a gated residential development with round-the-clock security. The presence of the gated-access adds a level of comfort for the residents and guests of Lighthouse Point .
